As our Founder @lewishamilton prepares for his last race with @mercedesamgf1 this weekend, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on and celebrate our incredible partnership with the team over the last three years 💜

Since July 2021, we’ve been lucky to call Mercedes F1 Team a supporter and partner, on our shared mission to boost diversity in STEM and motorsport.

🎓 This includes launching the Motorsport Scholarship, to support talented students from Black and mixed Black backgrounds into engineering careers through fully-funded Masters degrees. It’s been amazing to see the success of the Scholarship programme, with 100% of full-time Scholars already securing graduate roles in the motorsport industry and F1 👏

Their support has also been crucial to the success of our STEM inspiration events, at @silverstonecircuit, @cota_official and Interlagos, where they’ve welcomed us and young people from diverse backgrounds into the world of motorsport through garage and paddock tours, and insightful conversations with their engineers.

Only last month, together we launched the second cohort of Motorsport Scholars to accelerate their careers into F1.

This is only the beginning and we can’t wait to see how much more progress we can make together, so every young person regardless of their background is able to succeed within the sport 💥
