Here are some highlights of Mission 44's
impact since launching in July 2021.
‘Thanks to Mission 44, CAPE Mentors was able to redevelop our website and secure external support to guide our five-year strategy. This has been extremely valuable as we grow our reach to new local authorities and schools.’

In 2024, we launched our first partner survey to help us understand our partners’ experience of working with us and identify where we can improve. The survey had an 83% response rate and its finding included the following:
90% said that partnering with Mission 44 improved the effectiveness or impact of their organisation
95% felt they could be open with Mission 44 staff about successes and challenges
80% said that partnering with Mission 44 had increased their engagement with young people
86% said partnering with Mission 44 has helped them to share their learning with others
85% said that partnering with Mission 44 increased the opportunities they had to collaborate with others
70% said their organisation benefited from access to Mission 44's networks
The results have prompted us to focus on key questions to better improve the experience of our partners, including:
Looking ahead, we’ll use the feedback to develop our support package for partners. We want to ensure our partners can access tailored support to help them develop their leaders and staff. We’ll also do more to bring our partners together, so they can collaborate and learn from each other.
As a new foundation, we’re just starting our learning journey and really value our partners’ feedback. Our next partner survey will launch in March 2025.
